We are looking for a motivated Plant Supervisor to join a global manufacturing company in the UK at their Brand new Manufacturing site! You will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. The position will appeal to a strong candidate looking for their next challenging role within in a secure and stable company.

Role Description

Responsibility for your own Health and Safety and any visitors or contractors to site.
Promote and comply with Company Health and Safety policies and procedures at all times.
Accurate production of DSM products.
Ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
Complete weekly and monthly stock checks.
Control drivers, visitors and contractors coming onto site, projecting a professional image and ensuring that site rules are complied with at all times.
Report defects.
Work with management and contractors to control and organise plant maintenance as required.
General housekeeping and site improvements.
Adhere to environmental policies and procedures (14001) and keeping records up to date. Servicing and the refurbishment of silos
Skills and Qualifications

Manufacturing experience
