Vehicle Technician - £43,000 Base | £55,000 OTE

Location: Kent - Lydden Hill
Salary: £43,000 + overtime & on-call (OTE £55,000)
Hours: Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00 + some Saturdays & on-call (1 in 5 weeks)
Experience: 5+ years | HGV Class 1 Licence | NVQ Level 3

Alecto Recruitment are working with an independent service and MOT centre for commercial, passenger and light vehicles who are looking for an experienced HGV Technician to join their team. You'll service, maintain, and diagnose a range of vehicles, including HGVs, vans, and trailers.

What You'll Need

NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
5+ years' workshop experience
HGV Class 1 Licence (C+E)
Strong all-around skills, including diagnostics
Good admin and communication

Nice to Have

MOT Tester Licence
Experience with MAN vehicles

£43,000 base salary
Overtime at 1.5x (Saturdays)
On-call allowance (£1,000/month)
