Are you a numbers pro with a talent for keeping cash flow strong and aged debt under control? We’re looking for a Credit Control Manager to lead our finance function and make a real impact at Wilderness Way.

This is a hybrid role – work from home with travel to Penrith twice a week – and offers a salary of up to £40,000 (depending on experience and qualifications).

You’ll take ownership of credit control, manage one direct report, build strong relationships with local authorities, and deliver accurate reporting that keeps our organisation moving forward.

What you’ll need:

✔ Proven credit control management experience

✔ Great communication & negotiation skills

✔ Strong Excel and financial systems knowledge

✔ Organised, proactive, and detail-driven

✔ CICM qualification (desirable)
