Key Responsibilities

Offer in-class assistance to both teachers and students

*

Help prepare lessons and maintain classroom organisation

*

Work individually or in small groups with students requiring additional support

*

Observe and record student progress, reporting back to teachers

*

Contribute to implementing positive behaviour management strategies

Requirements

*

Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable)

*

Previous experience in a school/childcare setting

*

Excellent communication skills

*

Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff

* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or a willingness to get one)
