Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a leading specialist company who are looking for an Estimating Manager.

The company design and install specialist products for the construction industry.

This role will be to manage a team and ensure competitive tenders are delivered and won.

The Estimating Manager will be responsible for:

Managing and developing a team of estimators
Liasing with sales to provide accurate estimated and support the winning of projects
Preparing specifications, drawings and visuals
Drive and manage timescales within the team
Negotiation with suppliers and developing the supply chain
The Estimating Manager will need:

A good level of experience of estimating withing the construction industry
Experience of managing and developing teams
Good negotiation skills
Experience of leading and influencing others
Experience of using CAD
