Description
Develop and implement strategies to enhance organisational culture and employee engagement.
Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment of cultural initiatives with business objectives.
Conduct regular assessments of the workplace environment to identify areas for improvement.
Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on cultural transformation and Human Resources policies.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a positive organisational culture.
Analyse data and feedback to measure the effectiveness of cultural programmes.
Work with cross-functional teams to embed diversity, equity, and inclusion practices.
Act as a change agent, driving initiatives that support cultural alignment within the insurance industry.It is important to note that this is not a Diversity & Inclusion role.
Profile
The successful Culture Partner should have:
A strong background in Human Resources, organisational development, or a related field.
Proven experience in implementing cultural change initiatives in complex environments.
Demonstrable recent experience of regulatory reporting into Lloyds of London
Advanced Data and Data Manipulation experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Strategic thinking with the ability to align cultural initiatives with organisational goals.
Analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
An understanding of the insurance industry is desirable but not essential.Job Offer
