We are now seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead our Swindon service and help maintain exceptional standards of care within the community.
Description
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, compliance, and development of the home care service. You will oversee daily operations, manage and support the care team, ensure regulatory compliance, and build strong working relationships with clients, families, local authorities, and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the day‑to‑day running of the home care service
Lead, motivate, and support a team of care staff
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, policies, and procedures
Oversee recruitment, rotas, and staff performance
Monitor care plans, risk assessments, and client wellbeing
Maintain accurate documentation, audits, and reports
Participate in the on‑call rota for out‑of‑hours support
Work closely with local authorities and healthcare partners
Manage budgets, invoicing, and operational performance
Identify opportunities for service improvement and development
Profile
Essential Requirements
Experience as a Registered Manager (or similar leadership role) in domiciliary care
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
Strong understanding of CQC standards and safeguarding
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
Flexibility to support occasional weekend or emergency cover
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Desirable
Experience supporting individuals with dementia, complex needs, learning disabilities, or mental health conditions
Understanding of local authority commissioning and care contracts
