Teamforce Labour are actively seeking a Civils Site Agent for immediate start in Leiston.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing earthworks, drainage, and excavation (highways) operations
Managing on-site teams and subcontractors
Ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance
Supporting the delivery of works to programme and quality standards
Requirements:
Proven experience in earthworks, highways excavation, and drainage
Strong leadership and site coordination skills
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Engineering background preferred (not essential)
Certifications & Training Required:

CSCS (Black or Gold Card preferred)
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
First Aid at Work (3-day)
Temporary Works Supervisor (desirable)What We Offer:
