They are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their expanding finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, influence strategic decisions, and support ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting
Manage and develop a high-performing finance team
Support M&A activity and post-acquisition integration
Utilise SQL and advanced Excel to deliver data-driven insights and automated reporting
Partner with senior leadership to improve performance and profitabilityKey Skills & Experience:

Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
Strong FP&A and commercial finance experience
Proven team leadership and mentoring skills
Experience in M&A and integration
