Mechanical Design Engineer (Building Services)
Plymouth - Hybrid working
£35,000 - £40,000 + Hybrid + Bonus + Medical cover + 33 days Annual Leave

Brilliant opportunity to join a leading consultancy with multiple offices across the UK.
You will be using AutoCAD and Revit and working on a variety of projects, across multiple sectors.

The Role:

Working on variety of projects, healthcare, Defence, residential, designing things such as Lighting, energy distribution units and HVAC.
Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering projects on time and within Budget, by monitoring client budgets throughout the process.
Work closely with the client and external design team to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Keep up to date with technical developments, national and international standards and legislation.
Compile specifications, drawings and contract documents, ensuring all designs comply with the relevant legislations.
Provide building engineering services design to buildings and infrastructure.

The Candidate:

BSc in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering - Desirable
AutoCAD and Revit experience
Proven experience in delivering on a variety of building services designs for a range of projects.
Understanding and managing budgets, and making sound financial decisions.
