Digital Marketing Executive
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Hours: 7:30am-4pm, Monday-Friday (100% Office Based)

SF Recruitment are supporting a fast-growing, dynamic company looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to support the company's digital department. This is an ideal opportunity for a creative person who can demonstrate a passion for digital marketing management, whilst also providing support to the wider Digital team.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Marketing

- Manage the marketing of our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook and TikTok), creating engaging content for campaigns, enhancing brand awareness and engagement with our audience.
- Manage our YouTube page to regularly post engaging content to raise our brand awareness.
- Implement and manage the company's social media campaign calendar, to create regular, scheduled posts to regularly interact with our audience.

Email Marketing

- Design, write and execute email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Analyse campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Maintain our marketing email list and databases.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing would be beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Experience and knowledge of Social Media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Experience and knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
- Experience and knowledge of YouTube.
- Creative mindset with a strong ability to think outside the box.
- Good understanding of Shopify.
