I’m recruiting on behalf of a prestigious private plastic surgery clinic in Barnet, seeking a proactive and compassionate Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to join their friendly and professional team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a luxurious, modern environment alongside expert surgeons and clinicians, with full support and training to develop your skills in cosmetic and surgical care.

The Role:
As a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of the clinic, assisting with patient care before and after procedures, and helping ensure the highest levels of cleanliness, discretion, and comfort for every patient.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with pre- and post-operative patient care
Support nursing and surgical staff during consultations and procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinical hygiene standards
Welcome patients and provide reassurance and clear communication
Help with administrative and stock management duties as neededRequirements:

Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting
Warm, professional, and confident approach to patient care
Strong communication and teamworking skills
Eagerness to learn – full training will be provided
A genuine interest in plastic and aesthetic surgery is desirableSalary & Benefits:

Up to £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)
