Music Teacher

South East England, Oxfordshire, Bicester.

Permanent, Part Time.

3 Days Per Week.

£18990 - £29450 Per annum

Job Duties:

Plan and deliver engaging music lessons to students
Develop and implement curriculum based on national standards
Assess students' musical abilities and provide feedback
Organise and oversee school music events and performances
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the music education programme

Required Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Music Education or related field

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong musical proficiency and knowledge of various music genres
Ability to effectively communicate and engage with students
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Proficient in using music technology and software

Preferred Qualifications:

Postgraduate qualification in Music Education

Working Conditions:

Work in a school setting with regular classroom hours
Potential involvement in extracurricular music activities
Collaboration with other teachers and school staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
