At our Care Home, we're currently recruiting for a Head Chef to lead our Hospitality team. This is your chance to deliver restaurant and hotel-standard cuisine—but without the long hours and split shifts typical of the industry.

?‍? About the Role:
As Head Chef, you'll have full autonomy over your kitchen and menus. You'll be encouraged to create nutritious, flavoursome, and well-balanced meals, tailored to the needs and preferences of our residents. By engaging with residents directly, you'll ensure their voices are heard and their tastes reflected in our seasonal and diverse menus.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all kitchen operations, including food preparation, hygiene, and budgeting.
Design and deliver varied, nutritious menus in consultation with residents.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Train and support kitchen staff to maintain excellence in hospitality service.

4 x 10 hour days,
Alternate Weekends off Care home experience is not essential; candidates with previous experience as a Head Chef or long-term Sous Chef would be highly suitable.
