Join a high-performing sales team connecting businesses with NICEIC’s trusted certification and services.
We’re looking for confident and customer-focused Outbound Sales Executives to join us on 9-month fixed-term contracts, with multiple opportunities available. You’ll play a key role in helping trade professionals and businesses engage with the NICEIC - reaching out through calls, emails, and digital channels to promote our services, qualify leads, and support customers through their registration journey.

What you’ll be doing
* Proactively contact potential and existing customers to promote NICEIC certification, products, and services.
* Follow up on enquiries and leads to maximise conversion and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Build rapport with businesses of all sizes, tailoring your approach to meet each customer’s needs.
* Translate technical or process information into clear, accessible guidance.
* Record and manage all interactions in Salesforce CRM accurately and in line with GDPR.
* Collaborate with colleagues across Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure a seamless customer journey.
* Contribute ideas to improve sales processes, scripts, and tools.
What we’re looking for
* Confident communicator with experience in outbound or consultative sales.
* Customer-focused mindset, able to build trust and explain the value of NICEIC certification clearly.
* Driven by achieving results and exceeding targets while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
* Organised, reliable, and adaptable, with strong attention to detail.
* Team player who contributes positively to a supportive, collaborative environment.
