What we offer:

Base salary of £28,000 to £30,000

Realistic first-year earnings of £33,000 to £38,000

Commission from day one

35 days of annual leave

Your role in year one:

Source and interview candidates for roles in schools

Write tailored CVs and candidate profiles for client marketing

Collaborate with the sales team to place candidates into suitable roles

Work to agreed weekly targets with full support

Earn commission as you go

After your first year, you'll move into a Sales Consultant role and receive advanced training in:

Business development and client growth

Negotiation and margin management

Safeguarding and compliance

Customer service and handling objections

Time management and organisation
