Candidate Profile
We’re looking for someone who brings:
* Proven expertise in Vertical Filling, Pouch Filling, Quad Filling, Flow Wrapping, and Cartoning/Selection Box Packaging.
* A track record of success in sales or marketing, ideally within contract packing, FMCG, or food packaging industries.
* Exceptional communication skills — able to engage clients confidently and professionally.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
* A results-focused mindset with passion for driving business growth and exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop a deep understanding of the company’s services, competitive landscape, and target markets.
* Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and decision-makers.
* Collaborate with marketing to create impactful campaigns and sales materials.
* Analyse performance and present strategic insights to senior management to inform commercial decisions.
* Represent the business at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events as needed.
