Role: Support Worker – Days & Nights

Flashcare recruitment is hiring Support Workers for Supporting younger adults aged 18–65 with learning disabilities and autism within a well-structured residential home comprising eight single-occupancy rooms, delivering person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing.

Pay:
? £12.21 - 13.00 per hour
? Enhanced rates for bank holidays and based on performance.

Requirements:
✔ PMVA Trained, Mandatory and practical trainings Trained
✔ Clear DBS, no caution or conviction in it.
✔ Must be eligibke to work in UK
