The company are a well-established, highly revered manufacturing company in the Plymouth area with sites across the world that not only are renowned for the quality of their products but also for being a leading and progressive employer within the area. Due to growth, they are currently looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to work within their Quality Engineering team.

In this role you you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products/services.

The person will come from a Quality Engineering background and have knowledge of a variety of processes within a manufacturing/engineering environment.

The Role:

Developing and implementing quality control processes and procedures, conducting audits, leading root cause analysis and corrective action,
Provide training, mentoring, coaching and support to team members
39 hours per week Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 16:30, Friday 08:00 - 15:30
The person:

HNC in Engineering discipline
Experience/knowledge of SPC, AQP, PPAP, DFMEA and PFMEA
Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001 certification would be a bonus)
