Our client is seeking a Senior BIM Manager to enhance their Building Services division. This role is critical in leading the integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across various projects, ensuring efficiency and collaboration among teams.

Key Responsibilities:

-Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute BIM strategies that align with project objectives and industry standards.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes for BIM deliverables to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for all BIM inquiries, facilitating communication between internal teams and clients.
- Innovation and Improvement: Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and trends, recommending enhancements to existing practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in BIM management within building services.
- Proficient in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360).
- Strong understanding of building services engineering principles.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
