We’re working with a leading main contractor who are delivering one of Cardiff’s most exciting landmark developments right in the heart of the city. As part of this long-term project, they are now looking to recruit an **Assistant Site Manager** to join their team.

## The Role
As Assistant Site Manager, you’ll be supporting the Site Manager and wider team in the day-to-day running of site operations. This includes:
- Assisting in the coordination and supervision of subcontractors and trades
- Supporting the delivery of the project to programme, quality, and safety standards
- Helping manage site logistics in a busy city centre environment
- Building strong working relationships with stakeholders and the local community
- Gaining hands-on experience with a project that will shape Cardiff’s skyline

## What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a site-based role within construction (ideally with a main contractor)
- Strong understanding of health & safety and quality standards
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ambition to develop into a Site Manager role in the near future
