HR Advisor - Contract (3-6 months)

Honiton (hybrid)

Pay: £18.85 PAYE / £22.73 Umbrella

DBS required

Our client, a local council, is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to support recruitment and workforce delivery. The role will be hybrid, based in Honiton, with travel to surrounding sites as needed.

Duties include:

Providing HR advice and guidance to managers and staff
Supporting end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
Assisting with employee relations cases and HR queries
Supporting HR projects and policy work
Ensuring compliance with employment law and council policies

Requirements:

Knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, and employment law
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Driving Licence and Access to a car/Able to travel locally as required
