27 hours per week - Permanent Contract - £18,153

At The Trees, a warm and welcoming home for four gentlemen in the peaceful village of Drayton Parslow, we’re looking for a caring and committed individual to join us as a Waking Night Project Worker.

Whether you are experienced or new to care, we will support you with full training, a structured induction, and the opportunity to gain a recognised qualification. You will be part of a dedicated team providing overnight support, helping to ensure the residents feel safe, comfortable, and respected throughout the night.

With a positive attitude and a flexible approach, you will empower the gentlemen to live with dignity and independence. If you’re compassionate, reliable, and ready to make a meaningful impact- we would love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities as a Waking Night Project Worker:

Supporting vulnerable adults during night hours, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
Communicating effectively using various methods tailored to individual needs.
Working as part of a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
Promoting independence and respecting the wishes of the people we support.
Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns promptly whilst ensuring the safety of the property
Offering emotional support as needed
Responding to and documenting any crisis events that may occur during the night
Administering medication if required and completing household tasks
Providing personal care support during the night when required, ensuring residents’ dignity, safety, and well-being are upheldIdeal candidates will have:

Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different needs.
A team-focused mindset and a willingness to learn and grow.
A commitment to delivering excellent care and support.
An understanding of equality, diversity, and safeguarding principles.
Previous experience is helpful but not essential-we provide full training.It is essential that you hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.

We will support your development with a structured induction, comprehensive training, and the opportunity to gain an accredited vocational qualification.
