Primary Teaching Assistant

Milk Education are recruiting for a caring, enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Mainstream Primary School in Bradford. This role is available on both a long-term and short-term basis, starting as soon as possible!

You’ll be joining a supportive and inclusive school community that values diversity and strives to create a positive, nurturing environment for all pupils.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced or passionate educator to make a real difference and help pupils reach their full potential.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Promoting inclusion and acceptance of all pupils

Providing consistent 1:1 support and responding to individual needs

Assisting the class teacher with planning, evaluating, and adapting lessons

Delivering small-group or catch-up sessions

Essential Requirements:

Recent and relevant experience working with children, ideally in a school setting

A genuine passion for education and supporting young learners

Strong numeracy and literacy skills

Ability to follow the guidance and direction of the class teacher

Experience with personal care is desirable
