The Role – Year 3/4 Teacher

As the Year 3/4 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, well-structured lessons to a mixed-age class of pupils aged 7–9. You will ensure that all learners are supported to make strong progress across the curriculum. The role requires effective classroom management, a strong understanding of assessment, and the ability to differentiate learning for a range of abilities.
