Reception Class Teacher
Location: Hertfordshire
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full-time, Fixed Term (One Year Initially)
Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Reception Teacher to join our dedicated Early Years team in Hertfordshire from September 2025. This is a full-time position, offered on a fixed-term basis for one academic year, with the potential for extension.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and knowledgeable Early Years practitioner to play a key role in delivering high-quality learning experiences in a supportive and child-centred school environment.

The successful candidate will:

Have QTS and substantial experience teaching in Reception

Demonstrate a deep understanding of the EYFS framework and early child development

*

Create a nurturing, engaging and inclusive classroom environment

Be skilled in using observation and assessment to inform personalised learning

Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Be reflective, organised, and committed to professional growth
