Now, due to continued growth and investment in technology, they’re seeking a Junior CAD Designer to join their creative and collaborative team in Scunthorpe.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and technically minded designer to contribute directly to the full product development lifecycle – from concept to prototype – all under one roof. With cutting-edge 3D printing facilities, in-house testing labs, and a dynamic R&D function, you’ll be supported to bring innovative ideas to life.

? The Role

As a Junior CAD Designer, you’ll work closely with the Director and senior design team on a diverse range of projects. You’ll play a key role in visualising and developing new and existing products, ensuring that every design meets British Standards and aligns with the company’s commitment to excellence.

This is a hands-on, collaborative position where your input will truly make a difference. You’ll be involved in everything from early-stage modelling to final product documentation – with plenty of room to grow and develop professionally.

✅ Essential Skills & Experience

*

Minimum 2 years’ experience using SolidWorks (preferred) or AutoCAD Inventor

*

Experience in developing technical models from concept to detailed construction drawings

*

Ability to create specification sheets, exploded drawings, bills of materials, and instruction manuals

*

Good understanding of current trends in kitchen and bathroom design

*

Excellent English communication skills – both spoken and written

*

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

*

Lives within commuting distance of Scunthorpe
