Chef de Partie – £15.95 per hour

Location: Hinxton
Hours: 40 hours per week – flexibility required

We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to join our team in Hinxton. If you have a passion for fresh food, thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, and are happy to work flexibly, we would love to hear from you.

What’s on Offer:

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook fresh dishes to a high standard

Support the Head Chef and guide junior team members

Ensure food is presented well and served promptly

Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and compliant with food safety standards

Help manage stock, portion control, and minimise waste

What We’re Looking For:

Experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role

Strong cooking skills and attention to detail

Team player with a positive attitude and flexible approach

Good understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations
