QA Manager (Chemicals)
Location – Cambridgeshire

Salary – £40,000 - £60,000 (depending on interview performance & experience)

We are currently offering the opportunity for a QA Manager to join a company based in Cambridgeshire which produce specialised chemicals used in various products, including medicines and electronics.
Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.
The Role
As a QA Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Supervising the production and development departments,
* Ensuring compliance with QHSE procedures,
* Overseeing training of staff members,
* Analysing and reviewing QC testing data and production records,
* Monitoring KPI progress and identifying trends,
* Technical troubleshooting across multiple departments.
Current / Recent Experience Required:
* A chemistry-related degree, ideally with a background in organic chemistry (essential).
* Extensive management or leadership experience in an industry environment, within the chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing sector (essential).
* Knowledge and hands-on experience working with analytical chemistry techniques – including HPLC, GC, FTIR, KF, titrations (essential).
* Proven experience managing QA responsibilities – e.g. deviations, CAPA, audits, SOP writing & reviews (essential).
* Prior experience and expertise working in accordance with ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 (essential).
Profile Required:
* Existing UK work eligibility (essential).
* Happy to commute / relocate to Cambridgeshire (essential).
