We are a family run company that was established in 1985, providing high quality precision machined components for a diverse range of industries, mainly aerospace.
A successful candidate would have the opportunity to work for a fast-growing company, in a modern workshop environment and would need to be able to work effectively as a team member and have strong problem-solving skills.
We are currently looking for a CNC Miller, Programmer, Setter

Required Skills / Competencies: CNC Miller, Programmer, Setter
• Experience with Fanuc or Heidenhain controls – On CNC Mills.
• Experience operating and programming mills would be a significant benefit
• Understanding of engineering drawings and working with tight tolerances.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• ISO (Apply online only) experience would be beneficial.

Responsibilities: CNC Miller, Programmer, Setter
• Producing high quality machined components.
• CNC Miller, Programmer, Setter - Programming, setting and operating CNC Mills.
• Completing small to large batch work plus one offs
• Work collaboratively as a team member to improve existing processes and quality control.
• Working with a variety of materials from aluminium and stainless steels.
Maintain production records to comply with ISO 9001:2015 and company procedure.
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as under own initiative.

Working Hours:
• 40 Hours per week
• 08:00 – 16:30, Monday to Thursday, Early Finish Fridays• Overtime available
• 25 days holidays per year (plus Bank Holidays)
