Description
Manage and maintain the company's credit control processes to ensure timely payments.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies effectively.
Communicate with customers regarding overdue payments in a professional manner.
Prepare and distribute regular financial reports for internal review.
Work closely with the Accounting & Finance team to streamline credit-related tasks.
Assist in setting up new customer accounts and conducting credit checks.
Monitor outstanding balances and escalate issues where necessary.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of credit control processes.Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
