Art Teacher (Part-Time) - Wirral Secondary School - March Start

£168.80-£232.56 per day | Supply / Long-Term | KS3 & KS4

Tradewind Recruitment are working in partnership with a welcoming and high-performing secondary school on the Wirral to recruit an enthusiastic and creative Art Teacher for a long-term supply role starting in March and continuing until the end of the academic year.

This is a part-time teaching position (2 days per week, days TBC) and would suit both experienced teachers and ECTs seeking flexible work in Merseyside.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

Delivering engaging Art & Design lessons across KS3 and KS4
Planning and marking in line with the national curriculum
Creating a positive and creative classroom environment
Supporting pupils of mixed abilities to achieve their potential
Working collaboratively with the wider department and school staffThe Ideal Candidate

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / PGCE) or equivalent
Experience teaching Art at secondary level (KS3 & KS4)
Strong classroom management skills
Passion for creativity and visual arts education
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)Pay & Benefits

Up to £232.56 per day, depending on experience
Paid weekly via PAYE
Long-term, stable supply role
