First Year OTE: £30,000-£40,000
2nd/3rd Year OTE: £40,000-£60,000
3rd/5th Year OTE: £60,000-£100,000+

Competitive Base + Uncapped Commission (up to 35%)

What You'll Be Doing

Build your own client portfolio in a niche IT market and become the go-to expert

Manage the full 360 recruitment process: source, pitch, negotiate, close

Hit targets, smash KPIs, and see your effort directly reflected in your pay

Develop long-term relationships with clients and candidates alike

Work autonomously while having access to top-notch training and mentoring

Who We're Looking For

Graduate with 1+ years' sales or customer-facing experience (car sales, B2B/B2C, field sales all ideal)

Ambitious, target-driven, and resilient, someone who pushes harder when it gets tough

Confident communicator able to speak to decision-makers

Money-motivated with a competitive edge

Recruitment experience isn't necessary - we'll train you from day one
