Vibrant and welcoming student accommodation requires a temporary Customer Service Administrator to assist with keeping the operations smooth, residents happy and community alive!
Your role is more than admin; it's about connection, support, and making sure every resident feels at home from the minute they arrive and be part of their community.
What you’ll be doing:
Acting as the friendly face at reception—answering queries, assisting residents, greeting visitors, and making first impressions count
Handling resident communications with clarity and care—via phone, email, or in person
Handling and sorting of parcels and post
Overseeing rent payments and reservations with precision and tact
Setting up apartments for residents to move in to
Dealing with complaints with a helpful and empathetic manner
Assisting with the setting up and preparation for events
What we need
A customer service star with either student accommodation, hospitality, property, or a people-facing role
Self and culturally aware and able to adapt relationship building, communications and negotiation skills
Organised, adaptable, and comfortable working autonomously
A team player with strong communication skills and genuine enthusiasm for making a difference
