Position: Site Manager
Location: Primary School, Harrogate
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Split shifts - flexibility required

Are you a proactive, reliable, and hands-on professional with experience in school facilities management? Our primary school in Harrogate is looking for a dedicated Site Manager to join our team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day management of the school site and facilities
Ensure the safety and security of the premises
Coordinate maintenance and cleaning teams
Assist with health and safety procedures, risk assessments, and compliance
Liaise with external contractors and ensure works are completed to a high standard
Provide support for events and school activities as required
Ensure a welcoming and safe environment for staff, students, and visitorsThe ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in school or facilities management (preferred)
A good understanding of health and safety regulations
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work split shifts and adapt to the needs of the schoolWe offer:
