Health & Safety Consultant – CDM Projects
Location: Goole
Duration: 6 months (potential to extend to 12 months) 5 days per week
Day rate: Flexible dependant on experience

I am currently working with a consultancy based in the Yorkshire area, who are working with a third party client on projects based in Goole area and they are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Consultant to support their CDM projects to join on a temporary ongoing contract.

While there is already a dedicated professional on site handling audits, this role focuses on proactive H&S support, working closely with Project Managers to ensure compliance, drive best practices, and provide hands-on guidance across ongoing developments.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert H&S advice and guidance across a range of CDM projects
Collaborate directly with Project Managers to embed safety into planning and execution
Proactively identify risks and implement preventative measures
Support with documentation, reporting, and compliance assuranceAbout You:
Strong background in Health & Safety within construction or CDM environments
Confident working autonomously and collaboratively within project teams
Able to influence and support site teams in a proactive, solution-focused way
Relevant H&S qualifications (e.g. NEBOSH)This is a full-time, on-site contract position offering an excellent opportunity to add real value to an active portfolio of projects.
