Contract Manager - £65,000 - £75,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contract Manager to lead a high-profile soft services and hospitality contract within a prestigious corporate environment in central London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of service delivery, ensuring exceptional standards across hospitality, cleaning, front-of-house, and associated soft services. This role requires a confident leader who can balance operational excellence with strong client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Overall management and performance of a multi-disciplinary soft services and hospitality team
Ensuring service delivery meets contractual KPIs, SLAs, and client expectations
Building and maintaining strong, professional relationships with the client on site
Financial management of the contract, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Driving continuous improvement, innovation, and service enhancement
Ensuring compliance with health & safety, statutory requirements, and company policies
Candidate Profile
Proven experience managing soft services and/or hospitality contracts within a corporate or commercial environment
Strong leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to inspire high-performing teams
Commercially astute, with experience managing budgets and financial performance
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
IOSH or NEBOSH qualification desirable (or working towards)
