We are recruiting Contact Supervision Workers to support Birmingham’s Children’s Trust by supervising family contact sessions between children and their families in a safe, child-focused environment.

Key Duties

Supervise and support contact sessions

*

Safeguard children and promote positive interactions

*

Observe, record, and report contact accurately

*

Intervene appropriately where safeguarding concerns arise

Requirements

*

Experience working with children or families (care, support, youth work, etc.)

*

Understanding of safeguarding and child protection

*

Strong communication and observation skills

*

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)

*

Right to work in the UK
