I am urgently seeking Interim HR Change Advisers for my Higher Education sector client based in the City of London for a period of 6 months. This is a full time role paying £43,482 to £44,746 per year and is office based 3 days per week, with 2 days per week remote.
The ideal candidate will have experience from within unionised environments as follows: -
Leading or supporting on restructure
Leading or supporting in consultation meetings and being able to provide advice to employees related to change
Managing ER casework related to Change / Restructure
Experience of liaison with Trade Unions
Knowledge of Employment Law and best practices in employee relations, particularly in the context of restructures, mergers, redundancies and settlement agreements
Understanding good practice job design and job evaluation (Korn Ferry would be an advantage)
Working in a fast-paced environment
Having excellent attention to detailExperience in the Higher Education sector in a similar role would be an advantage.
