Are you passionate about helping children thrive in their learning? Our teaching agency is looking for a Full-Time Teaching Assistant (TA) to join a fantastic KS2 team in a welcoming Swansea primary school.

✨ About the Role:
As a KS2 TA, you will:

Support pupils across Key Stage 2 in small groups and 1:1

Assist the class teacher with learning activities and classroom management

Help deliver engaging lessons and reinforce key skills

Provide emotional and behavioural support where needed

Contribute to a positive, inclusive and well-organised learning environment

About You:
We’re looking for someone who is:

Enthusiastic, supportive and confident working with KS2 pupils

Able to build great rapport with children and staff

Reliable, proactive and committed to helping pupils succeed

Experienced in a school setting (preferred but not essential)
