Good Afternoon,

I am currently representing Solace Women’s Aid, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 6-9 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate.

We are looking for a HR Business Partner (ER Casework) this role will be: Camden (NW1) Hybrid 2 days Office based

The right candidate will:

* Providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, performance management, absence management, conflict resolution and other casework.

* Lead investigations into employee concerns, ensuring fairness, consistency, and legal compliance.

* Support managers in navigating complex employee relations issues, offering solutions that align with Solace policy and best practice.

* Develop and deliver training programs to enhance management’s ability to handle and prevent ER issues.

* Supporting and leading on HR projects, as and when required

* Identifying HR priorities from departmental plans, translating business requirements into effective HR practices and delivering people solutions, aligned to business objectives

* Delivering key HR initiatives across the HR spectrum, including workforce planning, restructuring, resourcing, talent management, pay and reward, employee relations, employee engagement, TUPE and performance management

We require the following:

* Experience of managing and improving employee relations with a deep understanding of UK employment law and best practice in conflict resolution.

* Proven experience in managing complex ER issues and conducting investigations.

* Strong HR experience.
