Key Responsibilities

* Learn to identify and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn

* Support the sales team with lead generation, market research, and appointment setting

* Build strong customer relationships by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions

* Attend training sessions to develop product knowledge and sales techniques

* Achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs and targets

* Maintain accurate records of all interactions on the CRM system

* Represent the business professionally and confidently in all interactions.

Experience required:

No previous sales experience necessary – full training provided. Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
