Supporting the Store Manager in leading, motivating, and coaching the team
Delivering an exceptional customer experience in a busy retail environment
Driving sales and achieving store targets
Managing stock, deliveries, and ensuring strong retail standards
Taking ownership of operations when the Store Manager is away
Creating a positive and energetic workplace where the team can thriveWhat We Are Looking For:

At least two years' experience as a Retail Assistant Manager or Supervisor
A background in high-volume, fast-paced retail, ideally from discount, variety, or lifestyle retail
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
A hands-on, lead-by-example approach
