The Role:

They are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Internal Sales Executive to join the dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing inbound enquiries, engaging with clients via social media and online chat, and driving business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond promptly to inbound enquiries through phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

* Identify opportunities for business growth and actively pursue new sales leads.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in sales or customer service roles within the construction industry.

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Proficiency in using CRM systems and social media platforms for business purposes.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
