Office Administrator/PA
Outskirts of Callington Cornwall
Full-time ( can be 4 days a week )
Working for a growing dynamic company assisting with the smooth running of the Company’s operations by providing administrative, sales support, operations coordination and compliance assistance. This role will help bridge multiple departments and act as a reliable “glue” in day‑to‑day processes.
Duties will include:
Organising transportation of goods
Some social media and marketing tasks
Meeting and greeting all visitors and handling any deliveries
processing orders and PO requests using sage
Liaising with customers and providing them with quotes
booking statutory testing and inspectors for machinery
being the first point of contact for office support
supporting the Director with PA Tasks, booking travel etc and helping with sending out tender enquires
Some sales processes and new‑home enquiries and liaising with estate agents
Helping with day-to-day factory operations
Health and safety compliance for the company
Experienced Required:
Must have Administration background or worked within a busy coordinating role
Ideally worked within Construction or similar but not essential
Strong skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook at least)
Ability to organise, prioritise and show proactivity to meet deadlines
Can work alone or within a team
Reliable , helpful attitude
Experience using sage or similar
Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential )
Some exposure to insurance, property / legal liaison, or transport logistics
