Key responsibilities for a Operations Administrator:
* Monitoring a shared inbox and taking ownership for enquiries relating to your customers.
* Processing orders for bulk, independent and dropship customers.
* Processing orders using the inhouse system.
* Using in house system to arrange bookings and processing delivery notes to the warehouse.
* Dealing with inbound calls and emails from retail and end consumer enquiries.
* Liaising with the Shipping team and advising customers of amendments to delivery dates.
Key Skills for a Operations Administrator:
* Strong administrative experience.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills and able to communicate in a clear, well structured, concise manner.
* Confident and professional telephone manner.
* Ability to learn multiple customer IT systems.
