Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming primary school in Chigwell. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children’s learning and helping them reach their full potential.

About the Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils across Early Years and/or Key Stages 1–2

Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons

Support children with SEND, helping to remove learning barriers

Encourage positive behaviour and promote pupils’ social and emotional development

Contribute to a friendly, caring and safe learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience working with children in a school or similar setting

A patient, nurturing and proactive approach

Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships

A genuine passion for education and child development

The ability to work effectively as part of a team
