Are you an experienced conveyancing assistant looking to take the next step in your career? We have an exciting opportunity for a New Build Assistant to join a dynamic and friendly conveyancing team in Harrogate.
This is a client-focused role ideal for someone with at least 12 months' experience in conveyancing, particularly within new build sales and purchases. You'll be part of a supportive environment that encourages professional growth and development.

Open and manage new conveyancing files using a Case Management System
Issue contracts and assist with replying to enquiries
Order searches and manage exchange/completion paperwork
Draft and issue mortgage reports
Provide regular updates to clients and deal with incoming enquiries
General admin duties: filing, post, photocopying, archiving, and billingWhat We're Looking For

Minimum 12 months' experience in conveyancing (new build preferred)
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident IT user, comfortable with case management systems
Friendly and professional manner with strong communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage a busy workload
Team player with a flexible, proactive attitude
