Construction Project Manager - Mid Beds - Construction - £55000 to £60000 plus benefits
Hello Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a Construction related business who specialise in environmental design and planning based in Mid Bedfordshire .
As Construction Project Manager you will oversee a number of schemes ranging from £250k to £25m and manage them through all the RIBA stages from start to finish making sure they are delivered within budget and to the highest quality.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Project Manager within construction or developer setting with knowledge of JCT contracts. A degree in project management would be essential for this role which comes with an attractive salary of £55000 to £60000 plus benefits
