The Role:
As a Year 3 Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across the Year 3 curriculum
*
Support pupils as they transition into lower Key Stage 2, promoting independence and responsibility
*
Use assessment to inform planning and ensure progress for all pupils
*
Create a supportive and inspiring classroom environment where children feel safe and motivated
*
Work collaboratively with your year group partner and across the KS2 team
*
Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support learning at home
What We’re Looking For:
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with recent experience teaching in KS2, ideally Year 3
*
A solid understanding of the Year 3 curriculum and how it builds on KS1 foundations
*
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
*
A reflective, creative, and inclusive approach to teaching and learning
*
A strong commitment to supporting every pupil to achieve their full potential
